Redeeming Reward Points

You can redeem your reward points as a gift card yo use at purchase. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem as a gift card. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be shown to you in your account with the option to redeem. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.

Reward Points Minimums and Maximums

Reward points may be capped at a minimum value required for redemption. If this option is selected you will not be able to use your reward points until you accrue a minimum number of points, at which point they will become available for redemption.

Reward points may also be capped at the maximum value of points which can be accrued. If this option is selected you will need to redeem your accrued points before you are able to earn more points.

Managing My Reward Points

You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Wyckes online account. From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost.  The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points.

• Rewards are not awarded for purchases made before the May 1st, 2018.
• Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
• Rewards are not awarded for purchases of gift cards and/or gift cards and for purchases paid for in whole with rewards. The balance of a purchase paid for in part with rewards is eligible for rewards earning.
• If the amount of a rewards purchase changes for any reason (e.g., return, discount), the number of rewards  earned will be adjusted to reflect the new purchase amount.
• Rewards will be credited to a member's account within approximately fourteen (14) business days after the completion of each purchase.
• Cancellation and restocking fees are not reward eligible.

Returns of an item that was purchased in whole or in part using rewards, the return will be processed in accordance with Wyckes Furniture's return and exchange policy.   No credits or refunds will be issued for any reason after Rewards Dollars have been redeemed, including for unused rewards.

Rewards balance can be checked in your account at any time by logging in at my account. A valid email address and password are required to view the rewards balance in an account. CWyckes Furniture is not liable for any failure, delay or error in crediting rewards to an account. You are responsible for any and all activity occurring in or through our account, including the redemption of rewards, whether or not the activity was authorized.

Non-Transferability and Non-Aggregation of rewards and any other right, obligation or benefit of the rewards program may not be transferred, assigned, sold, traded or bartered by any customer or any other person. In addition, rewards  are for the your personal use only. You may not aggregate rewards from multiple accounts or use rewards for the purpose of purchasing products from the Wyckes.com on behalf of others or for the purpose of reselling such products to others.

Award points are only awarded after completion of order or other defined actions as outlined above.

Reward Points Expiration

Reward points expire 6 months after they are credited to your account. Points will expire in the order form which they were first earned.
